  • THE ARTHOUSE is more than a studio space —
it’s a living ecosystem for creation and collaboration.

Founded by artists and makers, it blends independence with community: private studios meet shared spaces, ideas cross disciplines, and solo projects grow into collective energy.

Here, painters sit next to designers, filmmakers next to musicians — curiosity is the common ground.

Our core values: respect, openness, and commitment to craft. This is where experimentation feels safe, growth is supported, and inspiration is contagious.

3CA ARTHOUSE — where creative freedom meets collective spirit.

  • 3CA is located in Lichtenberg across three connected buildings, stitched together by a leafy courtyard and garden. Around 60 artists call it home. Roughly 40 rent studios (many shared), and there’s capacity for ~10 additional rooms sized 12–20 m².

The house has a seasonal rhythm: in summer the rooftop becomes our common square; in winter the ground-floor kitchens and community rooms (plus the basement hangouts) pull everyone together. Practicalities are covered, heating, running water, kitchen facilities and there’s a dedicated woodworking room for building and prototyping.

This Lichtenberg chapter is planned to run through the end of 2025. Until then, we’re focused on keeping the energy high, the doors open, and the collaborations real studio by studio, dinner by dinner, project by project.
